As I still had some hops from a Red IPA, and a Leffe Clone, based on feedback from some friends came up with this recipe: https://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/1623084/belgium-dutch-pale-ale
It turned out okay. The first taste is great, however the after taste then is quite sour/bitter. Has been aging for 4 weeks.
Have done AG for 4-5 batches now, so still learning what hops do in terms of taste.
Anyone an idea what contributes to the sour/bitter after taste?
