I've always liked these when others do them. I have an idea of what I want to do for my next beer (in 2 weeks) but am interested in what others will choose.
I will be making an Imperial IPA and will be using US-05.
The grain bill is any.
The hops available are:
1# Simcoe (12.1)
1# Amarillo (8.4)
1# Columbus (13.4)
1# Green Bullet (10.4)
1# NZ Pacific Gem (5.6)
1# Belma (9.4)
I look forward to the different ideas and appreciate anyone who plays along.
