Honestly, up until she started eating the insecticide I was kinda thinking that it was a typical neighborhood squabble--- sometimes people living next door to each other don't communicate well and things get heated. Just because she was a little excitable about the situation wasn't really any big deal as I saw it.

However after the point where she starts eating the insecticide it rapidly becomes apparent that she's a nutjob. Racist? I dunno about that but certainly in need of some professional help.
