Ingredients
5.5 lb Pilsner DME
12 oz chocolate malt
8 oz Pilsner malt
8 oz flaked oats
8 oz Special B
4 oz roasted barley
4 oz black malt
1/4 tsp yeast nutrient


1 oz Northern Brewer [9 %] - Boil 45 min 34 IBUs

12 oz frozen cranberries at 10 min
12 oz frozen cranberries at 0 min

Est Bitterness: 34 IBUs
Est Color: 50 SRM

Measured Original Gravity: 1.090 SG
Measured Final Gravity: 1.024 SG
Actual Alcohol by Vol: 8.66%

Volumes of CO2: 2.2
Carbonation Used: Bottle with 2.4 oz Corn Sugar
Age for: 30 days
Storage Temperature: 68 F
 
I opened a bottle last weekend. It hasn't carbonated yet. But it's very tasty. Next time I'll probably scale back the chocolate malt or the roasted barley a bit.
 
Really well. Just a bit tart, with a good amount of cranberry flavor, but not so much that it's unbalanced.

It took over a month to carbonate. Next time I'll pitch more yeast.
