Cracked Grain in Cooler Style Mashtun

So i cracked 24lbs of grain, it's all ready to roll in my mash tun. Probably can't actually get to a brew until at least Sunday.

Can i just leave them sealed in the mash tun till Sunday?

i'd say yes....i know the enzymes will still be good. people who buy milled at the store malt, wait longer for shipping...

You're good to go. I crush my grains ahead of time quite often to save time on brew day.
