I have a counter pressure bottle filler on the way from more beer :ban:

Can you fill bottles with a counter pressure filler from a keg that is on Nitro (75% Nitro 25% CO2)? If so will you get that cool cascading effect when pouring it from the bottle into the glass?Anyone tried this? :mug:

No, you won't get the cascade effect. Guinness tried for years to replicate the effect and finally came up with the widget. The widget depressurizes slower than the ambient headspace so it agitates the beer. Agitation is key with nitrogen. That's why stout taps have a restrictor plate on them. If you bottle with beer gas you'll just get low carbonation.
