After only 7 days in the bottle and getting ready to brew my third batch I had to try my first batch.... not fully carbed yet but a dam fine blond... WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! Thanks for all your help guys and gals!!!!

It's exciting isn't it ? I remember tasting the first beer I made and being so worried that it wasnt going to be good. I was blown away at how good it was. I was just happy it tasted like beer but for it to be as good as it was blew me away.

Yeah, enjoy the good times, many more to come. I'd love to be able to wait the full carb period before trying one of mine, but it never happens. I usually have one on week two, three and four when done.

I hear ya, I recall my first one too, so many years ago. A little chunky (suspended yeast), but either way, a fine red to enjoy while at work, back in the day.
