I have two corny kegs filled right now, one that's about two months old and the other is about six months old, the trick part is I don't know which is which haha. Anyways, one of them is getting airl in the liquid lone, and I am pretty positive it is coming from the keg end of things (I tested it with other liquid lines). So my question is, how often should I replace the orings on the posts? They were all new when I first got the kegs, but I haven't changed them since. Any thoughts?

I take mine off and inspect/lube them everytime I clean. They should last a very long time, a lot more than six months anyway. Are you sure the lid and/or the relief valve are not the culprit?

I lube them up everytime, but reflecting back, I guess I don't really CLEAN them. I didn't have any leaks when I forces carbonated them and laid them on their sides. I will take them all apart and clean them and relube them. See if that helps...

If the o-ring is bad on the post and leaking, you would see beer leaking down the side of your keg from your disconnect before you would get air in the beer line. Unless your beer line is somehow on your gas post.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with nuggethead here. Everything inside the keg and lines is under more pressure than the atmosphere, so if there was some leak, it would be a leaking OUT of things and not a leaking IN of things.
