- Tasting Notes
- Light Crisp, no esters, clean light barley taste with hops balancing the malt
5 pounds 2 row
2 pounds flaked corn
6 oz 10L crystal
I love Saaz hops and use it to to get the IBU of 22, I also through in an oz during the last 10 minutes of boil
I use whirlflock, and also filter the beer before it goes into the keg
This is a very pale beer that really goes down fast on a hot summer day. Living in the desert this is a favorite of mine about 6 months of the year
