Copper parts in tea kettle?

I have a keggle with a copper siphon dip tube. I was going to boils five gals for a big batch of tea. Is it ok to make tea in a pot that has a copper siphon? For that matter I also have a immersion chiller could that be used to cool the tea without any interactions with the copper?
