So I made a little copper manifold yesterday in anticipation of my brew today, but I made just a little bit of a mistake. I made it by using a pipe cutter on a length of 3/8" soft copper tubing, cutting an incision on the bottom side. But I went too far on one of the incisions, and so it's pretty delicate. It's really easy to bent at that point, and I'm worried that it'll snap apart sooner rather than later.

I tried to patch it up with a dab of solder, but the blasted stuff came right off. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Hmm, good ideas both. If worse comes to worse and it does break, a little 3/8" tubing could be used to fasten it back together.

Thinking back, I should have properly fluxed it the first time around, but I wanted it ready for today and flux is a PITA to get rid of :p.
