I recently re-did a lot of my brewing plumbing in flared rigid copper tubing with brass fittings. A couple months and many brews later I'm finding blue/green corrosion on the fittings and inside the pipes, which I understand to be a health concern. Anyone have any advice other than switching to SS and for that matter does anyone know if a plumbing supply chain like blackmann would carry 1/2" SS tube and fittings?
