Coopers IPA kit with HopShot from Northern Brewer

I have a Coopers IPA kit and I have some Hop Shots, I was wondering what would be the best way to add it to the kit? Just do a partial boil with the malt and add the shot and let go for a full 60 min boil or would a shorter boil work?

It looks like,according to the page,you'd use it at the same time as normal hops. Just read the chart to see how many mL you need for the given IBU's desired.
