So after a successful Canadian Blonde I put on a new batch of Coopers Pilsner. I decided to change it up a little. This time instead of using just 1 bag of enhancer (1kg) like I did the blonde... I used 1kg of brewing sugar and 1bag of enhancer 1kg. Has anyone out there done this and how did it turn out. Instructions said to use 1.5kg sugar so basically made the way instructions said but with the enhancer which is 50/50.
