Coopers Cascarillo With Citra

I would like to make the Cooper's recipe for a Cascarillo Amber Ale, however, I would love to use Citra as a hop.

My question is should I replace one of either the Amarillo or Cascade with Citra and which one?

Also should I dry hop with Citra? I really want the melon flavours to come out.

I'd use citra in place of the cascade myself. Dry hop with some of both imo.
