Cooler conversion From Midwest questions

I have a 70 Qt Coleman that I'm attempting to install a cooler conversion fitting fit from Midwest and for some stupid reason I'm not sure exactly how it goes in.

Which one you get.post item number, maybe someone has it..
Also don't they come with instructions.?

The number is ZY54 Cooler Kit Bulkhead fitting.
