Cooking with hops.

This is just something I have to try.
I will make an hop ice cream to serve with a butterscotch and malt syrup.

Any good ideas for other stuff.
I'm thinking maybe steak and ale pie with hoppy mashed potatoes?

Can't help but think hop sausage, probably a pork base. Wonder how hops would do in corned beef hash?
