Hi
I've got a partial mash recipe for a witbier that was well received by everyone that drank it. I now want to brew it as all grain BIAB.
Original recipe:
1kg Pilsner malt
1kg Wheat malt
0.5kg Torrified wheat
1.7kg Wheat LME
Plus hops, coriander, orange peel
OG 1.052
Is it as simple as dropping the LME and adjusting the other grains to compensate back to the OG that I want? This ends up with the malts at 40% and the Torrified wheat at 20%. The colour gets lighter as well which is fine by me, it was out of style for colour anyway.
Cheers
