Converted fridge question

I am looking to use my Johnson dual controller with a fridge and a seed mat but I am wondering if the power cord will obstruct the seal. If so, is there an easy workaround?

I am planning my second brew and I really want to really control my ferm temps!

There is minimal leakage around the cord but mine seals fine.
