Control Panel Wiring

I'm trying to build a control panel for my boil kettle I want it to be like one the pol has but I cannot figure out how to get 240 and 120 to it without having to use 2 seperate power cords because if you just split 120 off of the 240 doesn't that become unbalanced and trip the breaker due to the unbalanced loads I want to have outlets for my pump on the control panel thanks

An unbalanced load will not trip the breaker. Think of the light in your dryer or clock in your oven. If you use the proper type of GFCI it won't trip that either.
