Absolutely! We'll have leveling feet and leg extensions so I'm sure you'll be able to make the conical work for your needs.

Anything on the questions I asked previously?

Question on the conical sizes. You have them listed as 7 gallon, 14 gallon, and 1/2bbl which would be 15.5 gallons. Is that 1/2 bbl designation correct, or is it supposed to be 1 bbl? From 14 gallon to 15.5 gallon doesn't seem like much of a jump in size.

Also, is the capacity listed as a 'full to the brim' or is it that capacity with room to ferment?

The 1/2bbl is about 18gal. We design all conicals to have about 20% additional space based of their intended batch size:

5/6gal batch = 7gal conical
10/11gal batch = 14gal conical
15.5gal batch = 18gal conical

These are all to the brim.
