It doesnt look right to me if you compair http://www.northernbrewer.com/conical.html
But I guess it could work. I bought a plastic conical and the valve always cloged up and it left a plastic taste in 2 batches of beer! I got so mad I threw it away! I think it might be worth the extra $200 to get the conical brand.
