I've been reading alot of different post about kegging beer. My question is this. I usually leave my beer in the primary for 2 weeks then bottle for 4 weeks. Now, If I start kegging, do i do the same thing except let it condition in the keg for those 4 weeks instead of bottles? Makes sense to me to condition and carbonate at once. Should I condition at a certain temp then? I was thinking I should just force carbonate so I don't have to worry about priming sugar.
