I had an abundance of apples so I made cider then I started hearing about Graf
I am brewing an Irish Red Ale (With Vienna Malt as I have no Munich) so I used some of the wort that was still in the mash tub(Brewzilla) about 3 liters/quarts I have 1 and a half gallons of apple juice ,I added a pound of golden light DME,Cecilias aa 2.4 and will use a notingham ale yeast.
We shall see what we shall see.
