I have the "space" but the house is old enough I would need to upgrade the electrical panel to support the additional load, and being in a new area of the country in a new job proves to be an additional road bump that I can't justify keeping up with the hobby.

Would be willing to sell the fermenter/freezer separate from the brew house.
