Hi folks! Happy to find the community. I’ve been brewing at home for about 8 years - whole grain for most of that. I dream about those great setups in a carport, with electricity, running water, a sink and ventilation. I mash out back and carry the hot wort to the basement (I know …) to make the beer and bottle. But it’s usually pretty good. Always learning. Next: harvesting yeast.
