Hi,this is the first time I had something go wrong like this..I probably should upgrade my gear now..
I still use Mr beer kegs ,4 of them. I've been pretty busy to start with anything else or do anything. As a matter of fact I had enough ingredients to use in 2 of them lbk kegs and I wanted to use the ingredients before they got to old..
I had two containers of briess and a bunch of cascade pellets and some safale 05..
But my issue is that one lbk is very hoppy. The muslin sack must've been to loose. It taste good in fact I like the flavor better than the wort in the other lbk..If I could mix the two it would balance out nicely .. But is there a way I could do that and not ruin it?
My other question is there are a lot of hop dust floating around..I planned on putting sugar in my bottles today. But I was wondering if I could combine these beers pouring them into my other lbks using a muslin sack to catch the hop dust to filter them. Then pour them into the bottles. Or would this filter to much yeast for bottling....
What's the best thing.....maybe I should bottle it and deal with cloudy beer. It taste ok... well the hoppy one does.....thanks
