So we pressed 2 gallons of fresh cider two days ago. Added Campden tablets to it, and it's been sitting in a carboy this whole time.
Now we have three more gallons of fresh cider (and some very sore arms). That's in a separate carboy, freshly Campden'd just moments ago.

Can we combine the two batches now? Or do we need for the Campden tabs to work on the second batch before we do that?

The end result will be the same, an increase in free SO2 in the juice. I'd add it now for simplicity's sake.

Thank you! It'll be good to have a free carboy sooner than later.
