One question about these columns of bubbles gently rising in the glass, which I consider as an achievement:

Is there one particular step or parameter in the brewing process that can ensure this or is it more the result of multiple good brewing practices?

Thanks

Buy beer glasses with etching in the base for nucleation sites. You'll get a steady stream of bubbles from the bottom, which does create a nice visual effect and also adds to the foam at the top, and helps evolve aroma from hoppy beers.

These glasses are available everywhere. They should be labeled as such. Such as these.

+1 on the glasses passedpawn suggested. I got one for Christmas in 2017; it is my go to beer glass!
