Cold Crashing and Gelatin temprature

I started to drop the temperature of the beer, but added the gelatin too soon.
The beer was still at 13c, 55.4f. But there I was with the gelatin already mix and heated in my hand....so I poured it in.

Do add more gelatin when the beer is closer to 0c or do I just leave it. Wait and see if I get chill haze after bottle conditioning?
