I am brewing a Rauchbier and at the point of a dycetil rest. In two days I will xfer two a secondary and cold crash. Seems the norm is 2 to 5 days for cold crash and then keg. But I am planning on botling so after bottling should I bring it back to a higher temp to carbonate for two weeks or longer?
