forgive me if someone already posted this(I did a search and found nothing) I was wondering if anyone ever used coffee beans in their cider to add a different flavor?
probably not, and with good reason to. the acidity that apples would add to coffee would be unpleasant I think. just about any kind of fruit or normal spices, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, anise, fennel seed... would work but I cant see coffee and cider working.
