Hi I just started keying my beer and I orders co2 through my farm coop I am just wondering is all co2 the same or am I going to poison my self sorry the so green at this

CO2 is fine but beware of getting Dihydrous oxide in your beer.

What's Dihydrous oxide? I'd be more worried about Dihydrous monoxide.
