CO2 safety concern?

I'm getting ready to put together a kegging system and I have a safety concern. I know that CO2 displaces oxygen. My concern is putting a 20 lb bottle of CO2 in my basement (which is pretty large) getting a leak, displacing oxygen and suffocating for lack of oxygen. I don't know if there's enough CO2 in that bottle to drop 02 levels enough to make a problem.

Does anyone else ever worry about this?

20 lb. bottle?

No. You'll be fine. You would need a truck load to fill your basement with co2.
