Unsure if it was from a low tank or quick carbonating after a co2 refill or if it froze slightly. My regulator kept creeping higher and higher even when not connected to kegs. I tried bursting co2 thru to clear it, no luck. I decided to take it apart and clean all the pieces. It actually worked! Hope this helps anyone that has similar symptoms.
