Co2 questions

Is all co2 the same, I have heard there is food grade.

I think most of us that keg get our CO2 from a welding shop or some other sort of industrial arena. I'm by far no expert and can only say I use it with out problem. Here's a link you might be interested in that addresses your question.

I have read where some people believed that they were getting off flavors from CO2 that they got at a paintball store. I am too lazy to search for the thread.
