Here's a handy little chart showing the relevant vapor pressure for CO2 at various temps. If you've got a tank pressure/temperature combo shown, then you at least know you have liquid CO2 in the tank. (Note that this does not mean the tank is full, that is a weight-based measurement...that is 5# tank weight increase means you have 5# of liquid CO2 in the tank) Once the liquid CO2 has been vaporized, you should see tank pressure drop dramatically.
