Hi all hope your fourth of July weekend is going good.

Does anyone know what the CO2 level should be for the beer on draft. I guessed 3.0 and balenced the system to that. however i am having a sight problem with foam on my kegarator and wanted to start back where i started from.

I did find it intresting that the section in the beer draft institute did not metion subtracting psi for shank and facuet resistance but the one in BYO did. I can only guess that the psi needed to pour 1 gallon per min equals the shank and facuet resistance.

i figured 15 psi after everything and that equals 5 foot of3/16 line.

my first half pint is foamthe rest are ok. its either temp or pressure. pressure is the easy one to figure out. lol

I carb most of my beers to about 2.0-2.3 volumes of CO2, set my regulators to about 11-12psi and use 10' of beer line. I think at 3.0 volumes, you would want more than 5' of line, but I'm only using picnic taps.
