need some help from the Buffalo, NY brewers. Wondering a good/cheap spot to get my 5lb CO2 tank filled. Living 10min from downtown...any ideas?

welding supply stores, its where home brew shops get theirs filled. While your there, you can get a "99 year lease" on a filled 25 lb tank for about $130.
