I brewed a blond ale kit to try something a little lighter. It was in fermantation for 9 days and then went to bottle. I have had it in the bottle for 10 days now and tried one. I noticed that when I put a six in the fridge it was really clear and now after it is cold it has clouded up. The beer seems to have and slight vinigary taste to it. What do you think has happened is this normal? Thanx

It was bottled at 9 days old and you are drinking it at 19 days, I'm not surprised it doesn't taste that good. Give it a few weeks and it should improve considerably.

Don't be a beer pedophile. :D

If it clears as it warms, it is chill haze.

If it doesn't, and you are correct that it tastes vinegary, it is microbiological haze from acetic acid producing bacteria.

I just let one warm a little and it does clear as it cools. Should I leave it sit awhile if so how long? I could put some in the fridge also what does deuche mean?

let the batch be, or drink it if you like it now. It will get better after 2 or 3 more weeks and probably continue to improve over 2-3 months.
