Hello!
I'm new in brewing, and I'd like to try this recipe
23L
1.7 kg Coopers Canadian blond
0.75 kg liquid dark malt
0.45 kg honey
0.3 kg brown sugar
0.3 kg corn sugar
0.2 maltodextrin
Kit yeast
What do you think about?
Thanks!
It will proably turn out brown. Best advice I can give, is to toss the cooper yeast in the trash and use a better yeast. S04, S05, or Nottingham would work well.

It will probably come out brown looking but not tasting like a real honey brown.
You would either need to use their real ale/ dark ale kits or a hearty amount of caramel malts ( or preferably both), accented with a small amount of honey malt.
I would also forgo the coopers yeast. It isn't terrible but I am assuming you bought it from a grocery store (where I get my coopers kits) and the freshness isnt as assured nor the quality as good as Nottingham or SO4/5
