It's that time again......every so often I brew a beer solely on what I have that is old or too small quantity to do much with.

This time it will be a stout!! Perfect for this time of year.

British Ale II (#1335), sort of.....it is a yeast wash from a prior beer
1 oz Warrior hop (60 min boil)
2 oz Black Patent
6 oz Caraamber
8 oz Brown Malt
8 oz Vienna
10 oz Roasted Barley
10 oz Smoke Malt
1lb 4oz Cara 60L
1lb 8oz Chocolate Malt
10lb 2 Row

Est Stats Per beersmith

OG 1.066-1.072
IBU 40
SRM 47
ABV 6.7-7.1%

Yes it is a bigger grain bill, but should be a good winter beer!
