Used gelatin for the first time when I cold crashed my AHS Apocalypso pale ale. by far the clearest beer I've made. It's been chilled in the keg 5 days. I am defiantly a fan of the jello.

I have become a big, big fan of gelatin.

Recently tried Biofine Clear on some wine that wouldn't clear and it was like magic--pretty sure I'll be using it from now on for my beer--a tablespoon or less.

I swear by Irish miss in the boil. If things don't work out there I go for the super kleer.

Time usually does it for me,not to mention cold crashing, which i only do for settling loose hop pellots for dryhopping, depending how quickly to clear. I bottle though so they eventually all clear almost with extended conditioning.
