I used oxyclean and scotch brite pads. All I did was fill the kegs 1/2 way with oxyclean and filled a 5 gallon pail about 1/2 way or less with oxyclean. I set the keg in to soak for an hour or so. Then I flipped the keg over in the bucket and rubbed a scotch pad over the area that had previously been under water. Waited an hour flipped it back and scotch padded the 2nd half of the keg. They came out looking great outside and in. I used a 3" or so razor blade to remove any labels.
