Hello!
Im trying to clean out my closet and free up some space for new ingredients, so I wanted to try to brew something with only the stuff I have.

I came up with this recipe, I want a blonde lager-like (allthough I can't control my ferm temp so I'll ferment it like an ale), summery, session beer, but hoppier than a regular blonde or kölsch.

What do you guys think of this recipe:

Type: All Grain
Batch Size (fermenter): 10.00 l
Boil Time: 90 min

Ingredients
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
1.5 kg (3.3lbs) Pilsner (EKO) (5.0 EBC), 65.2 %
0.4 kg (0.8lbs) CaraRuby 50 (Castle) (50.0 EBC), 17.4 %
0.4 kg (0.8lbs) Munchner (20.0 EBC), 17.4 %

13 g Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min 31.1 IBUs
10 g Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min 4.8 IBUs
10 g Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 3.1 IBUs
10 g Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Boil 0.0 min 0.0 IBUs
10 g Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 0.0 IBUs

Est Original Gravity: 1.048 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.011 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 4.8 %

Oh, I brew 10L (2.6gal) BIAB.

I have a pack of us-05 I will ferment it with.

And then I have a little citra that I thought of maybe dryhopping with?

what do you think, will the grain bill work? Does the balance between the grains and the hopps look ok?

thanks!

Bump! Anyone see something off, or is it just perfect? :)
