Using a homemade liquid pusher from a hand held pump sprayer.

Flush line with water
Mix 1qt water with 1/2 oz BLC
Flush line and let sit 15 min
Flush line with water
Flush line with BLC and let sit 15 min
Flush line with water
Flush line with Starsan and leave in line

Look right?
 
Looks good to me...your process is very thorough...I go a different route and I'm sure I'll get smack for it but oh well haven't gotten any infections or off flavors from it thus far...

Fill keg with PBW let it sit for an hour...push some through the lines for a minute or so and let it sit...after the hour I push it through the line for about 5-10 minutes dump out of keg and release it manually from lines...I don't sanitize until before use on next batch...

As I just read someone said there are different ways to skin a cat...

Don't forget to scrub the inside of your disconnects. when inside the plastic housing, they are compressed and your liquid cleaners will not get into 100% of the surfaces. It's a cinch to do:
