Got a beautiful new Italian Corny Keg and wasn't sure if any special cleaning procedures were required? Will a soak in PBW be enough to get it clean and remove any oils left over from manufacturing? I plan on using StarSan to sanitize right before kegging as well.

Compared to used kegs, new ones are pretty much that easy to get into rotation. I do about a 1 hour soak in PBW, both the top and bottom and make sure to take it apart and clean all the posts, dip tubes and so forth as well. Rinse thoroughly and sanitize, it's ready to go. New kegs are awesome, that's a fact.

That sure is a pretty keg - all nice and shiny with no dents or sticky residue from stickers, etc!
