I can tell form experience this is a great price for what your getting, I would take the march pump and counterflow chiller. You will not loose money on this even if you decide all grain is not for you, it could be sold for more than $500/700 all day long. If you decide to buy it and need some hands on help making the jump I'm in your area regularly and could help you out.
