A couple breweries in the area have said we have great brewing water but I got curious about how good so I started to do some research on the topic. While learning about all the different minerals and such I started reading my city water quality report and it doesn't list the same things. Anyone know what is going on? here is the water quality report for my area:

These water quality reports typically report levels of potential water contaminants but not the mineral ion content. My city's standard report is similar to yours. I called and emailed my water department and specifically asked for:
Calcium Ca (ppm):
Magnesium Mg (ppm):
Sodium NA (ppm):
Sulfate SO4 (ppm):
Chloride Cl (ppm):
Calcium Carbonate CaCO3 (ppm):
and/or
Bicarbonate HCO3 (ppm):

They had the information and provided it with in a few days.
