Wanted to brew something simple, so I decided to try a SMaSH with Citra hops. Really good flavor, and getting rave reviews, even from my brother, who does not like craft beers!

Here is the full recipe:

FERMENTABLES:
3 lb - Dry Malt Extract - Light (42.9%)
4 lb - Dry Malt Extract - Light - (late addition) (57.1%)

HOPS:
0.5 oz - Citra, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.1, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 31.61
0.5 oz - Citra, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.1, Use: Boil for 20 min, IBU: 19.15
0.5 oz - Citra, Type: Pellet, AA: 14.1, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 6.3
1 oz - Citra, Type: Leaf/Whole, AA: 14.1, Use: Dry Hop for 0 days
